The utilization of all facets of the NCPD's plan identifies the cost elements of paint recycling and provides practical solutions to reducing these costs, as well as focuses the efforts and monies from all parties to achieve the greatest good in the following ways:

• By not paying fees to solidify and landfill paint.
• By turning paint waste into profitable products and reinvesting the profits back into R&D and the constant improvement and expansion of the paint recycling system.
• By having all present paint recycling monies flowing cooperatively in one direction.
• By passing public policies that encourage the development and implementation of comprehensive paint recycling and disposition plans.
• By sparing our environment from being further burdened and polluted through the recycling and disposition of all paint and paint cans.
• By utilizing efficient methods of collecting and transporting post consumer paint.
• By eliminating barriers through greater accessibility to recycling centers and lowering contractors' cost to recycle.
