Efficient Capacity Utilization, Handling and Transportation System Cuts Cost

The NCPD's patent pending collection and transportation system is designed to significantly drive down the costs of recycling; especially those associated with loading and unloading paint containers. This special process was developed without the requirement of using forklifts, as compared with the current Gaylord system.

Unloading is fast and offers substantial ergonomic advantages over the Gaylord system. The NCPD system relies on reusable equipment to hold the containers during shipment, thereby eliminating the need to dispose of empty Gaylord boxes and the high cost associated with buying new UN approved Gaylord boxes. Obviously, the reuse of the containers also makes the NCPD system even more environmentally friendly.

The NCPD's patent pending process maximizes the cubic load space of the transportation containers, thereby increasing the number of paint containers shipped in each load, which in turn reduces the shipping cost per container.

In addition, the transportation container doubles as a temporary storage container, eliminating the need for constructing special structures to keep the paint protected from the elements.
